In order to get registered the privatized apartment by the ownership right to the state registration, an applicant is usually required to bring the following documents:
  • An Official letter that need to register /original form is required/.

  • Auction sale and purchase agreement / notarized if stated in the contract /

If the certificate of the state registration of property ownership right is lost, in that case, it shall be cancelled, the following documents for the reimbursement:
  • An application to retake the Certificate /owner and co-owners must be signed for the confirmation/.
  • Bring daily newspapers through which published about the certificate of loss /original/
  • A copy owner’s citizen ID card, or if owners will not reach at 18 years, or minors, a copy of the birth certificate is needed.

In case of loss of the certificate, the decision of the General Registrar shall be made in writing within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application.   • Certificate of land possession and use as stipulated in Article 34.1 of Land Law /original/
  • A Copy of the land possession and use agreement, which made with the landowner
  • Decision of a person authorized to possess or use the state-owned land
  • Cadasteral map is required. /original/
  • Permits stated in Article 29.1 of the Law on Allocation of Land to Mongolian Citizens for Ownership / original /

In order to build the building at the others owned land, applicant is usually required to bring the following documents for the state registration property right:
  • A copy of the Land owner
  • Cadastral map / original form is required /
  • A Copy of the citizen's ID card of the entity who took the permission to build the house, certificates of the state registration, and representative’s citizen ID card
  • An agreement of the right to build the building and other related documents
  • The service fee: ordinary is MNT 10000.

An applicant must give above mentioned illustrated valid documents to the staff of the state registration department and will receive return tip /ticket/. It shall be registered within 3 business days days from the date of receipt.
In order to get registered the Servitude right to the State Registration, an applicant is required to bring the following documents:
  • An application for the registration of servitude shall be filed by a person or person with servitude, and shall be certified by a notary and certified by the declaration.
  • If the state servitude is established in accordance with Article 33.1 of the Law on Allocation of Land to Citizens for Ownership of Citizens for Ownership, the decision of the Soum or District Governor to determine the public servitude shall be attached to the original copy.

  • The right to possess and use the property in scrimpy (hereinafter referred to as usufruct) in Article 152.1 of Civil Code shall be registered based on the declaration of the owner.
  • In the case of the immovable property in pledging and leasing, the usufruct possessor shall register it to the state registration of the immovable property and the application shall be notarized by a notary certification by the owner's permission specified in 152.2 of Civil Code.

  • Provide an application, which includes /written clearly about the sourse why the owner wants to close up the registration of the property right. Verified by all co-owners or joint owners signatures/.
  • A copy of owner’s citizen ID cards, or if owners will not reach 18 at years, or minors, a copy of the birth certificate are  needed.
  • The certificate of State registration of the property right /original form is required/.
  • The service fee: no charge.
